Fire, Emergency Medical

The City of Hodgenville Fire Department is an all volunteer force that has been serving the City of Hodgenville for over 100 years.  In 1944 the City Fire Department sponsored the formation of the LaRue County Fire Department and members serve on both the City and County force. Today’s volunteer force is comprised of men and women who freely give of their time to help protect the citizens of Hodgenville and LaRue County.  Anyone interested in joining this volunteer force should apply at the fire station.
